In your role as financial & project controller…

…first of all you will work as a project controller specified on European subsidiarized research. You are the expert on this subject in this role. Second of all you’ll be responsible for the project control of events and congresses of the European Association of Urology (EAU). In general: in this allround position you are responsible for the realization of reliable financial administration and reporting. Furthermore, you will report to the Manager Finance & Control on a daily basis.

Tasks & responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Contributing to the annual reports
• Periodic and ad-hoc financial- and management reports
• Budgets, forecasts and realization
• Impact and risk analyses
• Noticing inefficiencies and providing feedback to the project team or department
• Monitoring invoicing processes and keeping track of expiration dates

• A good salary between €4000,- and €5000,- gross per month based on 40 hours

Your skills and experience

• A bachelor in Finance or Business administration or other relevant studies
• You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Powerpoint are obligatory
• Experience with the financial and project modules of AFAS Profit is a big plus
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and Dutch
• You work accurately, have a proactive attitude and initialize improvements
• Next to being a teamplayer you also like to work independently
